2. About Migrate and our services
Migrate is an advisory agency for studying abroad and skilled migration. On this site we share information about destinations, academic programs, migration options, scholarships and loans, events and our Referral Program.
Any advisory service is formalized through a specific agreement between Migrate and the client, setting out the scope, costs and conditions of the service. In case of any discrepancy, that agreement prevails.
3. Proper use of the site
When using the site you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the forms.
- Not impersonate anyone else or submit third parties’ details without their permission.
- Not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that harm the rights of Migrate or others.

4. Nature of the information
The site’s content is general and informative. It is not personalized legal or migration advice, which is only provided after reviewing each person’s individual case.
Visa requirements, programs, costs, scholarships and dates may change according to decisions by governments, immigration authorities and educational institutions. Migrate strives to keep the information current but cannot guarantee it will not change. Approval of a visa, admission or scholarship rests solely with the competent authority or institution.
5. Referral Program
Participation in the Referral Program is governed by the conditions published on its page, including the requirements for a valid referral, the reward scale, the claim period and the payment method. By submitting a referral you declare that you have that person’s permission to share their details with Migrate.

6. Events and registrations
Registration for fairs, seminars, workshops and other events is free unless stated otherwise. Migrate may change dates, times or format, or cancel an event, and will notify registrants through the contact details provided.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, logos, designs, photos, videos and other content on the site belong to Migrate or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced, modified or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Links to third-party sites
The site may include links to educational institutions, governments, financial entities or other third parties. Migrate does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
9. Limitation of liability
Migrate shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site’s general information, from interruptions or technical failures beyond its control, or from decisions made by immigration authorities, educational institutions or other third parties.

These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved directly and amicably with Migrate.
